St. John's Seminarians and Religious

We are extremely blessed as a parish to have multiple seminarians and religious. Please pray for them on a regular basis, and consider writing them and/or sending them care packages. We want to constantly remind them of how much we love them and support them through our prayer, thoughts and actions. Families, you have a wonderful opportunity to introduce your children to our seminarians and religious and to the idea of the discernment of God's will in their lives; that now is a perfect time for them to be praying about their own vocation.

Jessiah graduated Ave Maria University before entering seminary. He is currently in his Third Theology year and, God-willing, anticipates being ordained a deacon in June 2025.

Sr. Mary Servant of the Redemption Powell (Sr. Redemption)

Sr. Redemption is in her third year of discernment with the Servants of the Lord and the Virgin of Matara. She will be moving to Italy in February 2021 to begin her life as a cloistered sister.

Sr. Mary Rock of Constancy Powell

Sr. Constancy is a professed sister in her tenth year with the Servants of the Lord and the Virgin of Matara. She is currently serving with the SSVM in Lithuania after spending time in Washington DC and Italy.
